Identity Verification:
All guests are required to present a valid identity card at the time of check-in. This applies to every individual staying at the property.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of ₹8000 will be collected at the time of check-in. This deposit will be returned upon checkout, subject to the property’s terms and conditions.
Pets Policy:
We welcome furry friends at Rivercrest Stays! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests, please note the following guidelines:
- No pets allowed in the swimming pool.
- Pets are not permitted on furniture
- Local dogs may be present in the surrounding area, so please be aware of their presence.
- Pets must be kept on a leash and accompanied by their owners while outdoors to respect the comfort of other guests and for the pet safety too.
- Owners are responsible for their pets’ safety and well-being, as well as respecting other guests.
Occupancy and Extra Charges:
The cottage price covers up to 2 guests. Any additional guests above 2 will be charged ₹1000 per person and extra charges are applicable for extra mattresses.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if made at least 15 days prior to check-in. No cancellation or refund will be accepted within 15 days of check in.
