1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for bookings at Rivercrest Stays:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay)
- UPI & Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking (All major banks)
- Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS)
- Cash (Only for on-site payments, subject to availability)
2. Payment Schedule
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation to confirm your stay.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Last-Minute Bookings: 100% payment is required for bookings made within 72 hours of check-in.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in: Full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in: No refund (non-refundable).
- No-show or early departure: No refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Taxes & Additional Charges
- All bookings are subject to applicable GST and local taxes as per government regulations.
- Any additional services (meals, transportation, extra beds, etc.) will be charged separately and must be paid before checkout.
5. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is successfully received, you will receive a booking confirmation email/SMS with all the details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at rivercreststays@gmail.com.
6. Payment Failure or Disputes
- If your payment fails, please retry using another payment method or contact us for assistance.
- In case of a disputed transaction, guests are required to contact their bank or payment provider. Rivercrest Stays is not responsible for third-party payment failures.
7. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Any modifications to the booking must be made at least 72 hours before check-in.
