At Rivercrest Stays, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. Please review the terms carefully before making a reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
For Standard Bookings
- 14 Days before check-in → 100% Refund
- More than 7 days before check-in → No refund (100% of the amount paid).
- 3 to 7 days before check-in → No refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 72 hours before check-in → No refund (100% booking amount will be charged).
- No-show or early departure → No refund will be issued.
For Peak Season & Holiday Bookings (Festivals, Long Weekends, Special Events, etc.)
- More than 14 days before check-in → Full refund (100% of the amount paid).
- 7 to 14 days before check-in → 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before check-in → No refund (100% booking amount will be charged).
For Group Bookings (3+ Rooms or Entire Villa/Cottage Bookings)
- More than 21 days before check-in → Full refund (100% of the amount paid).
- 10 to 21 days before check-in → 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 10 days before check-in → No refund (100% booking amount will be charged).
2. Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Transaction Fees: Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Special discounted bookings, promotional rates, and last-minute deals are non-refundable.
- Refunds for Partial Stays: Once checked in, no refunds will be provided for unused nights due to early departure.
3. Modification & Rescheduling Policy
- Guests may request one-time rescheduling of their booking up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling charges may apply, especially during peak seasons.
- If the new booking date has a higher tariff, the difference must be paid by the guest.
4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or government-imposed travel bans, Rivercrest Stays may offer:
- Date rescheduling without additional charges.
- A credit voucher for future stays (valid for 6 months).
- Refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond our control.
