Guest Conduct & House Rules

At Rivercrest Stays, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we request all guests to follow the Guest Conduct & House Rules outlined below.

1. General Conduct

  • Guests must respect the privacy and comfort of fellow guests and staff at all times.
  • Any behavior that causes disturbance, nuisance, or discomfort to others will not be tolerated.
  • Guests are expected to treat the property, facilities, and staff with respect.
  • Any illegal or unethical activities are strictly prohibited.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license) must be presented at check-in.

3. Noise & Disturbance Policy

  • To maintain a peaceful environment, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Loud music, shouting, or any disruptive behavior is not allowed in public areas and rooms during quiet hours.
  • Guests organizing private gatherings must inform the management in advance.

4. Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs Policy

  • Smoking: Smoking is allowed.
  • Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is permitted in certain areas. Guests must drink responsibly and ensure no disturbance is caused.
  • Drugs & Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Damage & Loss Policy

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their rooms and common areas.
  • Any damage to property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged to the guest at the actual repair/replacement cost.
  • Missing or damaged items from the room (towels, robes, electronics, etc.) will be billed at replacement cost.
  • Guests must immediately report any accidental damage to the management.

6. Visitors Policy

  • Day Visitors: Non-registered visitors are Not allowed and must check in with the front desk.
  • Overnight Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Unauthorized overnight visitors are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

7. Pool & Recreational Area Rules 

  • No lifeguard on duty – Guests swim at their own risk.
  • Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.
  • Running, diving, and rough play in the pool area are prohibited.
  • Glassware and food are not allowed near the pool.

8. Pet Policy 

  • Pets are allowed (Specify pet-friendly areas, additional charges, and guest responsibilities if applicable).
  • Guests bringing pets must ensure proper care, hygiene, and behavior.
  • Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.

9. Safety & Security

  • Guests are advised to lock their rooms and secure valuables at all times.
  • Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • In case of an emergency, guests should immediately contact the front desk.
  • Tampering with security systems, fire alarms, or safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

10. Right to Evict

  • Rivercrest Stays reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest(s) without refund if they:
    • Violate the property’s rules or policies.
    • Engage in illegal or disruptive behavior.
    • Pose a safety or security risk to other guests or staff.

11. Complaints & Feedback

  • Guests are encouraged to share feedback and report any concerns to management.
  • We strive to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By staying at Rivercrest Stays, guests agree to abide by these Guest Conduct & House Rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties, additional charges, or immediate eviction without refund.For any concerns or clarifications, contact:
