1. General Terms
- Rivercrest Stays is a premium villa and cottage resort offering hospitality services.
- Guests must comply with the house rules and policies outlined in this document.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of policies.
- Prices, services, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Payment Terms:
- 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance must be cleared 48 hours before check-in.
- For last-minute bookings (within 72 hours of check-in), 100% payment is required upfront.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in and refunded at check-out after inspection.
- GST & Taxes: Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify as needed).
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license) must be presented at check-in.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
5. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules
- Guests must maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff, and property.
- Noise Policy: No loud music or disturbances between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Damage & Liability: Any damages to the property or missing items will be charged to the guest.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed/not allowed in designated areas only.
- Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is permitted in specific areas.
- Pets: Pets are allowed/not allowed (subject to pet policy, if applicable).
- Visitors: Non-registered guests/visitors are not permitted after [Specify Time].
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Rivercrest Stays is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
- Guests participate in any adventure activities, swimming pool usage, or outdoor excursions at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents.
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, Rivercrest Stays reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings without prior notice.
7. Force Majeure
Rivercrest Stays is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Government restrictions, lockdowns, or pandemics
- Power outages or technical failures
In such cases, alternative solutions like date rescheduling or credit vouchers may be offered.
